Les suicides et les d\u00e9pressions professionnels qui parfois en d\u00e9coulent prennent une ampleur inqui\u00e9tante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; text-rendering: optimizeLegibility; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; color: #444444; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16.5px; text-align: justify;\">Au del\u00e0 des statistiques, syndicalistes, experts, m\u00e9decins, inspecteurs du travail, acteurs pouvant \u00eatre eux-m\u00eames parfois victimes, t\u00e9moignent chaque jour de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et de l\u2019ampleur du probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; text-rendering: optimizeLegibility; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; color: #444444; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16.5px; text-align: justify;\">Les causes de ces suicides et d\u00e9pressions professionnels sont li\u00e9es aux organisations du travail et au mode de gouvernance des entreprises.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; text-rendering: optimizeLegibility; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; color: #444444; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16.5px; text-align: justify;\">Les salari\u00e9s confront\u00e9s \u00e0 ces organisations du travail d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8res se disent d\u00e9munis, seuls, et parfois se consid\u00e8rent \u00ab coupables \u00bb de la situation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; text-rendering: optimizeLegibility; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; color: #444444; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16.5px; text-align: justify;\">Ces situations d\u00e9clenchent des troubles psychiques et peuvent notamment conduire \u00e0 la d\u00e9pression, voire au suicide. Or comme il s\u2019av\u00e8re souvent impossible de mesurer ou quantifier la part qui revient au travail et celle qui incombe \u00e0 la sph\u00e8re priv\u00e9e, cela conduit la plupart du temps \u00e0 la n\u00e9gation des causes professionnelles ; le principe d\u2019imputabilit\u00e9 est ainsi remis en cause.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; text-rendering: optimizeLegibility; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; color: #444444; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16.5px; text-align: justify;\">Il ne s\u2019agit donc pas de quantifier les origines mais de reconna\u00eetre que le travail a pris une part dans les pathologies, voir la mort, de salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; text-rendering: optimizeLegibility; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; color: #444444; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16.5px; text-align: justify;\">Dans le milieu de la recherche en sant\u00e9 au travail, le lien est clairement \u00e9tabli entre atteintes \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale (et ses d\u00e9riv\u00e9es en terme de sant\u00e9 physique et sociale) et l\u2019organisation du travail (dans ses diff\u00e9rentes facettes : charge de travail, effectifs, collectifs de travail, d\u00e9lais, mode de coop\u00e9ration, etc\u2026).<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; text-rendering: optimizeLegibility; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; color: #444444; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16.5px; text-align: justify;\">Par contre, paradoxalement, quand ce type de situation se pr\u00e9sente, la reconnaissance de ce lien avec le travail n\u2019est ni \u00e9tabli, ni recherch\u00e9s. Dans la plupart des situations, ces ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes sont donc renvoy\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019individu : c\u2019est l\u2019individualisation des probl\u00e8mes qui est privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e et qui explique une \u00ab psychologisation \u00bb de l\u2019approche (renforc\u00e9e par une m\u00e9dicalisation souvent n\u00e9cessaire), mais qui occulte les dimensions sociales et organisationnelles des causes de ces risques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; text-rendering: optimizeLegibility; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; color: #444444; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16.5px; text-align: justify;\">Cela conduit aussi \u00e0 la \u00ab victimisation \u00bb qui ne fait plus appel \u00e0 la conscience et \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension mais \u00e0 la plainte ou au soutien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; text-rendering: optimizeLegibility; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem; color: #444444; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16.5px; text-align: justify;\">En cons\u00e9quence, toute approche pr\u00e9ventive est exclue, au profit d\u2019un principe de \u00ab gestion \u00bb (individuelle) et\/ou de \u00ab r\u00e9paration \u00bb (m\u00e9dicale et param\u00e9dicale) de ces risques.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Association d\u2019aide aux victimeset aux organisations, confront\u00e9esaux Suicides et D\u00e9pressions Professionnels.
